I think he can knock Kovalev down, SK has been down against lesser guys and Pascal comes at his opponents wild. He'll be fired up in front of his home crowd with the underdog mentality but I just can't see Pascal stopping him and if he doesn't I can't see him winning on points.

I think Pascal might look pretty competitive early with his speed and awkward athleticism... but hes getting stopped. Just doesnt have the stamina or skill to maintain and once Kovalev finds his range he will lay a smackdown on him.

Pascal has a decent chin though, so it will most likely end up a painful night!

I'm not sure, but I'm sceptical as to whether he'll become a ticket seller in the States.
We love boxing here in Montreal and Quebec and we cheer for the best boxer, not necessarily the home town boy. When Hopkins fought Pascal in Quebec, most of the people in attendance thought Hopkins was robbed in the first fight. When the second fight went off here in Montreal, the crowd cheered when Hopkins won.

When Kovalev wins over Pascal on Saturday, he will receive the cheers he deserves and will be welcomed as a conquering hero if he ever decides to fight here again.

Our only problem is that the fight will be PPV here in Quebec instead of being shown on HBO Canada.

          Ain't happening.

I'd still favour Kovalev at that pace.

If Pascal makes it to the second half of the fight it's going to be hell for him.

This is difficult to predict, I see most people has Krusher via KO which I hope happens too.

Is Roy Pascal's head trainer in the corner for this fight, or is he just part of the team?

There is nothing difficult to predict, this and the Mayweather fights are easy money. Pascal has nothing better than a punchers chance, like Pacman.

                  Both should be lopsided victories.

Kovalev will walk through him and stop him in the mid rounds at latest.

So if Kovalev has a tough time, can we scratch your other prediction too?

No, because there is no correlation between the two, that doesn't even make sense. And Kovalev should haze zero issues with Pascal. Zero.
