lol.....did he really get "beaten up" though? Hopkins' face looked better than Kovalev's face in the end. The guy took a few shots and wasn't active enough to put points in the bank. When Kova is destroying all other opponents and has to go 12 rounds (the first time past 8 in his career) against a 49 year old man, I would not really call that a beating. If anything, Hopkins gave Kovalev the toughest fight of his career.

You don't really believe Hopkins gave Kovalev the hardest fight of his career, do you? Agnew was tougher than Hopkins ended up being.

Kovalev carried the hell out of Hopkins. He didn't go full speed except for the 12th, when he beat the bug eyes out of the man.

it was absolutely, but dont you think hopkins face would have been lumped up taking these "BIG' punches from this massive puncher???? hopkins had the experiance to deal with this, as this was the biggest test of kovas career... imagine when he fights the wards, pascals, and dirrells of the world that can make you miss and make you pay... that will be the real challenges.
