Some people are going to have a lot of splainin to do on Sunday morning, that's all I know. The old man has been around the game for a very long time, has learned an infinite amount about styles and tactics, has seen every type of fighter around. The guy has a dedication to his health and the sport that is almost unreal.

might be a quick fight. Sillakh was supposed to school Kovalev as well, remember?
Glad Kovalev's coming out party is with a legend (but the critics won't ever stop)

You're just repeating everything Hopkins has said over the past month.

go replay the Calzaghe and Dawson fights. I guess Hopkins was still learning his trade at that point in his career though. Now he is a full fledge master.

If Hopkins wins he gets full credit. But we can but and if forever- it's not happening. Hopkins has absolutely 0% chance of winning tomorrow night and you'll see.

It's one thing to say Hopkins will win..... it's another thing to pretend you're some boxing guru and genius and then not know anything about the guy you swear you're preaching about.

Kovalev has been chasing champs since August of last year. Hopkins team blatantly ducked him. Adonis Stevenson ducked him. Those are the "elite fighters." If the "elite" fighters duck you.... how can you prove your elite-ness? Kovalev has made it clear from the beginning of 2013 that he wants to fight the best and prove he is elite by fighting the best. Unfortunately, until tomorrow night..... he got ducked by the elite twice.

With all that said.... He beat the unified champion of his division in his 18th fight (Campillo)

Time for those guys to stop being salty and learn something about the sport they swear they know about. In other words:

          Those two posters DKSAB.

Kovalev did not look scared or remotely intimidated by Bhop and I believe teh deciding factor will be the Russians body shots.

Hopkins is never scared. But to think he is actually playing head games with a guy who barely understands English is laughable. I like Kovalev because he's brutally honest. When asked about Stevenson he says the man is a piece of ****. When asked about Hopkins head games he said he could care less, he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about. Most boxers try and act like their opponents antics aren't phasing them but this guy is the most convincing when it comes to not giving a ****!!!

And Kovalev fights like Calzaghe and Dawson? He is a destroyer but Hopkins knows what's in front of him, he has studied all of his tapes. Kovalev had better pin Hopkins against the ropes and tee off on him repeatedly because if he allows BHOP to fight the fight he feels comfortable with, Kova will eat right hands all night.

Cool, I appreciate your opinion and will be sure to participate in the ridicule that you receive if your 100% certainty ends up being nothing but wishful thinking.

No problem. It's not happening but if it does..... Hopkins gets nothing but credit from me.

He already gets it just for taking the fight

Id believe that if kovalev was someone else. But I can't see bhop getting in kovs head. He probably didn't know who bhop was until earlier this year
