Then say it it won't happen in MSG if it even happens in Ny, it'll be Barclays... just stop. This fight could take place in May or June, my guess is it happens in NY on either date. If Canelo were to beat Cotto on his home turf there'd be no excuses, and if it's close the rematch can happen in Vegas. This fight belongs in Cotto's backyard he's the champ and Canelo has only fought JMW at MW. At least Cotto's actually fought a MW injured or not.

Why would Cotto fight at Barclays? That would presume that Cotto allows GBP to run the operations of this promotion. TR and Cotto will want MSG. They are to him, what MGM Grand is to Floyd.

Why fight at the Thomas and Mack when you can go to the MGM. Why fight at Barclays when the Garden is available. Barclays has no history to its name. At least when Cotto fought at Yankee stadium when the Garden was undergoing renovations, it was effin the new Yankee stadium. Barclays, the home of the Nets.
