Donaire wasnt great at feather, not even close. He already lost all his advantages at 122, used to being the bigger man. And to top it off, totally demoralized by Rigo, looked like **** vs Darch 2

Rivalry lol? Is that we we're calling it now? When you're a fan boy of a fighter and that fighter ducks another fighter there is a "rivalry" now? lol

Floyd ducks Pac... Floyd-worshipers hate Pac

Rigo is scared to move up to 26' and fight a guy like Loma while still fighting in a division he clearly is head and shoulders above and there is a "rivalry"

Ok, I get the fan-boy logic... Rigo fans can have fun watching him fight the rest of the nobodies at 122.. and maybe they can tell us how a Rigo who got dropped by Donaire..would dominate everyone at 26' while in reality Rigo fights more cab drivers at 122

I dont have a dog in that fight. Rigo is legit tiny, if he wasnt so good hed be at 118 or lower. But he wants the money, and that may require moving up. And just being less ****** business wise

Rigo is 34 and has one notable win...I think he caught Donaire at the right time...Donaire was throwing one punch at a time and still dropped Rigo and almost got him out of there...

Rigo could try to go to England and fight Frampton or Santa Cruz, so you're right he does have some fights at 22' but there is no Rivalry with Loma because we know Rigo wants no parts of Loma...

Well that's silly. Both guys went for the title right away and both guys turned pro pretty late age-wise... Rigo for obvious reasons out of his control...

Rigo doesn't need to move up at all...he has two good fights at 22' and he's 34... maybe even a Donaire rematch at 22'..if Donaire reestablishes himself.. so I wouldn't advise Rigo to move up at all and for his fans to never even mention any names at 26...

The guys at 122 dont wanna fight him. Theyre all too green. At feather at least theyll fight him due to large size disadvantage

Loma lost to a known steroid-user who came in overweight and constantly fouled and still only lost by split decision...

Loma just beat Gary Russell... not sure how good Russell is but before the fight... he was being touted as a legit upper-echelon guy in the division.

Loma would be a favorite over Gonzalez.. no doubt about it..
Gonzales has had 65 Pro fights....I GUARANTEE you that anyone who has had that many Pro fights will have one bad uncharacteristic loss here and there...It's just not possible to fight that many times and always give your best/good performance. Fighters are not robots who perform at optimal performance for every fight..

Loma should have had to work his way up like any other fighter has....

Don't get me wrong I think Loma has great potential and as a slick great boxing southpaw he can definitely give Walters or anyone for that matter some real trouble...But I would like to see him fight a few more times before he gets all these title shots.
