What other direction is the trainer talking about? Both guys are in the same division and both are arguably the two best there, so what's the point of stalling it? Let's not have another Gamboa-Lopez on our hands, this fight needs to happen in 2015.

Its not that hard of a fight for Walters. Lomachenko is way too inactive and his power isnt all that.

Who is crying? When did Loma ever complain about that decision?

And what if Salido hadn't come in overweight? What if he hadn't outweighed Loma by 11 pounds? What if he hadn't gotten away with 12 rounds of blatant low blows? What if the judges had looked at Loma's clean work instead of the fouling, wrestling and smothering Salido did?

I wish people like you would stop trying to shove Salido down the public's throat as a "blue collar hero". He's a proven PED user and a shameless cheat as evidenced by the Loma fight.

I think Salido was a circus act gone bad. He had 12 losses and they looked at him to make 1 fight history. He ruined the party, and Loma beating TBA killer next, for a second bite at the apple, a title fight? Who is pushing who down people's throat? Loma, 1 - 1 world champion? He didn't look like it yet.

Now this is a guy I can respect. He doesn't beat around the bush, doesn't talk from a high horse, doesn't say bs like "who is Loma?", "he needs to earn it" etc. He simply says he thinks it would be too early. And it's fine. It's not like they absolutely have to fight each other at this point (though it would certainly be nice for us fans).

Who is surprised by that decision? If I were Walters trainer I would not him in the ring with Loma either, easy UD for lOMACHENKO. Loma would outbox walters and most boxing experts know that. Donaire had no reflexes and was throwing wild hooks ALL fight---no punch variety. Overrated win for Walters
