Current Chagaev does not belong in the top 10 obviously.

I will never understand why people rate Fury so high. He's pratically Adrien Broner of the HW division, but less talented and even less skilled.

I'm willing to put 10 T on Chisora if you're interested.

I can understand why you would say that. I just think he has something that hasn't been shown yet, and it's only really been shown briefly vs Kevin Johnson.

I think he's very underrated and you look at how much trouble Povetkin had with Wladimir's size, Fury is even bigger than Wlad.

Wlad is obviously much better than Fury, but I think Fury takes Povetkin if he stays on the outside.

Fury has one of the longest reaches ever for a professional boxer, a massive 86" reach. To compare, Wlad's is 81" or 82". he's got a massive wingspan and he moves quite well for a big guy. So if he stays on the outside, he could beat anybody imo

He needs a good jab and decent power to keep Povetkin off him . He doesn't have that. He moves good for a guy his size but that's still not good for a HW, and it's defintely not enough to trouble Povetkin.

People seem to forget that Wlad doesn't only move good for a guy his size. He moves good for a CW, maybe even LHW. He's a freak of nature so comparing him to Fury in the context of the Povetkin fight is pointless.

Fury is sloooow, uncoordinated and his chin is su****ious to say at least, Povetkin would have a field day with him and take him out early, probably before round 6.

I disagree. I think his jab has improved heaps and bounds. I know the guy was a turd, but look at his fight vs Abell. Even though he was fat and out of shape, the one thing that was good for him was his jab. And his power has turned.

When he was young he didn't carry much. But now, he's 255 pounds and 6'9. if that guy hits you on the chin, you know about it. Wlad doesn't move as quickly as that at all. He's quick for a guy his size, but he's not a quick heavyweight per se.

I don't think Fury is slow at all. We'll disagree there as well. I think he's rather fast to be honest. For his size again. I don't think his chin is su****ious. He's been dropped hard, but he's hardly ever been on stanky legs.

Wlad was dropped multiple times vs bad opponents and he's made it out fine. Fury has a fighting heart, he gets up and knocks the other guy out similar to Wlad, like a true champion.

I mostly disagree here. fury is huge but unlike wlad he gives up his height and doesn't have that strong of a jab. I do agree that fury moves well for a big man and throws descent combinations so povetkin may take a few rounds to adjust to that but I feel confident that povetkin would get inside and chop fury down. fury doesn't have wlads power to get povetkins respect enough imo and he leaves himself to open for counters. povetkin is the best combination puncher in the division imo and fury hasn't seen that yet. could be a good fight while it lasts tho. fury does come to fight,,will give him that

Wlad did not throw one single right hand against Povektin, it wasn't his power to keep Povektin at bay, it was his constant clinching, wrestling and fouling.

As for Fury , a professional boxer that uppercuts himself in the face will probably have a hard time becoming a technician. He's not that good at all in my opinion , in fact I think he kinda sucks.

With that said, the HW is so bad that he might even be the best contender around and given his heart and size might give Wlad problems by staying in range and force Wlad to fight, something the Ukrainian obviously hates.

People forget about Fury's engine, he doesn't get tired, even when he was massively out of shape he fights for 12 rounds. I agree with LacedUp, he has all the tools & physical gifts, he just needs to use them.

he knocked povetkin down 4 times dude. sure it was ugly with a lot of clinching but povetkin also took some punishment
