    4. Chris Arreola
    5. Alexander Povetkin
    6. Kubrat Pulev
    7. Deontay Wilder
    8. Tyson Fury
    9. Bryant Jennings
    10. Dereck Chisora

    1) Wlad
    2) Stiverne
    3) Povetkin
    4) Pulev
    5) Fury
    6) Jennings
    7) Arreola
    8) Glazkov
    9) Chisora
    10) Joshua

Haye doesn't fight, thus doesn't make the list. Wilder is a bum, and doesn't make the list.

      Fair enough. A good list.

Excluding Haye then on those grounds, I would put Joshua in at 10 and push the others up.

Glazkov has a more extensive record for now but I think Joshua has more relevance, just not tested yet. Time will tell.

I don't think we can call Wilder a bum yet. He has major chin, gas and coordination issues, but he is still a thrashing machine that takes something pretty good+tough to beat.

Funny how some see Wilder as the future of the HW division and others a bum.

I kind of place him middle ground at this stage.

A win over Stiverne would tremendously boost his esteem for me.

Accomplishments are basically mathematical with minimal speculation.

            Go Ability..

Still the element of accomplishment but with a greater emphasis on H2H performance.

              Possibly.

Povetkin can take a better shot than Haye and probably a fair bit stronger too.

Haye is ultra slick though and fast as. If he hits Povetkin he'll know about it.

I reckon a Haye vs Povetkin fight would have been a hotly disputed match to be honest.

OK, a mix of accomplishments and ability:

                1. Wlad
                2. Povetkin
                3. Stiverne
                4. Fury
                5. Pulev
                6. Jennings
                7. Chisora
                8. Wilder
                9. Arreola
                10. Takam

I think it's way too early to include Joshua in a top 10 list, but each to his own. I also think Povetkin is a better fighter than Stiverne and his resume shits on Stiverne's as well. Plus he went 12 rounds with Wlad, and even though he lost he actually showed he was pretty tough. Glazkov needs to prove himself and Adamek is done.

Yeah Adamek will never beat a top 10 fighter again your right.

I think Povetkin and Stiverne are both very tough. Arreola is a hard hitter with a good workrate and mauled Stiverne but he withstood that too.

Stiverne hits much harder than Povetkin though I reckon and land shots with greater speed and boxes with more skill.

I grant you though, Povetkin applies more pressure than Stiverne and has an obviously higher workrate too. It's possible Povetkin > Stiverne too.

Top 10 rankings are difficult to say this fighter is better then this fighter.

What boxing needs is like some sort of "eliminator title series" which a boxer can win the tourney for the year say, and a major prize.

One of the things I really do hate about this era is the top 10 here, however you have it, have barely fought each other, not fought each other enough or make fights only to pull out. The 2 fights a year **** also make it really hard to have every relevant fighter face off.

4 fights a year seems pretty reasonable to ask!

Regarding Stiverne vs Povetkin I also think Povetkin is way more proven against top level competition and also is really the only contender fighting top 10 calibur opposition consistently, and therefore I still see him as #1 contender. But I have a guy in mind that I think would beat him.
