    For me it'd be:

    1. Wlad
    2. Povetkin
    3. Stiverne
    4. Pulev
    5. Fury
    6. Jennings
    7. Perez (is so up and down but tonnes of talent and skill)
    8. Chisora
    9. Wilder
    10. Glazkov (possibly...could probably insert Arreola, just goes to show you a lack of real depth to the division as a whole)
Povetkin possibly could lick Arreola, not sure there I could switch.

But I would bet large money on Arreola to simply batter Fury out any day of the week.

    Arreola has

    - higher workrate
    - better stamina
    - much more power
    - more aggression/pressure
    - faster
    - better skills
    - iron chin

Compared with Fury who has basically nothing but a reach advantage. Given Arrelola is 6'4" anyway, it'll play F/A of a difference, Fury doesn't take full advantage anyway.

          Strongly agree.

In fact the top 15-20 looks absolutely stacked to me!

arreola has lost every time hes stepped up. I have no doubt that povetkin would either stop him late or win a lopsided decision. Id also favor fury to beat him. I like arreola but hes just too slow and hittable to beat most guys in the top 10

Fair enough, I think he's pretty fast myself.

He had no problem landing at all on Stiverne, and fought hard vs Vitali.

The only reason he lost to Stiverne is because of the fight changing sneaky flush right that Bermane landed each time. Other than that, Arreola was beating him soundly. If it wasn't for such tremendous power and chin of Stiverne, it would have been different.

I don't see how Fury could ever match that. You can claim that Arreola has lost whenever he's stepped up to this class, but then again...

Fury has never once even fought at that class!

When he does, his lack of power to hurt an iron chinned fighter like Arreola and lack of chin to take the savage shots of him, believe will tell the tale.

I seen Fury struggle to handle the pressure of an out of shape Chisora. The pressure of Chris on him is gonna be a lot worse.

You have convinced me to place Povetkin over Arreola though.

              Povetkin>Arreola

I would also love to see Chisora fighting Povetkin.

Chagaev no 5? That's very high to me.

Would you expand a little on that?

I think 00's Chagaev belongs on the HW top 10.

Not current Chagaev for me though.

Chisora vs Povetkin would be good and rough fight for sure.

                      I pick Povetkin.

                      Fury is good.

I am not selling the guy short.

But he's not fought the same comp as Stiverne, Arreola OR Povetkin and never faced a huge puncher like Wilder who is comparably long, fast and aggressive.

Fury's power is accumulative, a bit like Vitali Klitschko's although not as sharp. I don't think he has Vitali's skill or beard though to make mince out of these tougher HW's above.

So far I have seen him beat up high quality former Cruisers whom he out-talled by the best part of a foot and outweighed by 40lbs or so. I need to see more!

I think, had Haye not been injured, he would have clowned and then stopped Fury.

                      HW Tourny elimination comp!

It would be the greatest thing ever for the sport!
