I think Cotto takes the early rounds. Canelo better have improved his jab, Cotto isn't Kirkland who will present a target. Cotto on instinct will avoid getting trapped on the ropes.

However if Cotto has truly aged he might not be able to take Canelo's precise shots (when they do land) all night because all Canelo does is go for the gusto with each punch.

Just saw canelo las 6 fights and he better keep calm and keep his right hand home because he has a tendency to lower his right hand at times and his right hand is predictable. He basically lets his opoonent know when he is throwing it. Cotto will hook over it if Canelo doesnt correct that and it will leave canelo only able to land and throw his left.

Thats pretty much the only thing that worries me.

I can see Cotto landing a left hook.
