Not really...pea could give pac a lot of trouble fighting on his backfoot and on the inside but he did have the tendency to be offensively inactive....as goood as hjs defense was, when he threw combos, he got caught plenty of times reason why he went down many times in his carreer....

Tough call but to say this wouldve been a mismatch is crazy talk...

I say 6 rounds a piece with pea going down atleast once...

OTNB out in force on this thread.

It is totally impossible for Whitaker to win.

Take Floyd, tape his fists behind his back so he is only defence and give him nothing to fire back with.. And THERE'S ya sweet pea Whitaker!

Pac by vicious KO and it would be easy work.

I like Whitaker personally, but the comparison is ridiculous.

Wow, yes, why didn't I think of that?

Alexander-Whitaker, wow, I can just imagine.

The most boring shut out of all time my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

You're delusional if you think it'd be a shutout. It would be a great fight.

            I agree.

Pacquaio would take the early rounds IMO while Whitaker gets his timing down.

            I'd expect 8-4 ish fight.

Yes "PorterIsFuture" it's definitely me who's delusional here.

Devon Alexander, against Pernell Whitaker. If that hasn't got "great fight" written all over it I'm not sure what does.

It's funny you genuinely believe that Devon Alexander would win a round against Whitaker this is a guy who was soundly beaten and outboxed by Andrea Kotelnik.

Whitaker by UD, 7-5 more or less. His jab would be a big factor but Manny would keep it close with sheer volume.

It ends with the two of them knocking each other out over a crack rock.

I think he's a troll just trying to get a rise. He said Mikey Garcia had a better record than Diego Corrales a couple days ago. Whitaker-Alexander? Yeah I don't think he's taking himself serious.
