Same mofo's who were on here buffing Quillin's nob for two plus years went completely air silent when he flat out ducked Golovkin...
Good post. Hbo even said ggg never declined any opponent they wanted for him.

Mora wants a payday he hasn't earned. Screw him.
What's there to earn? The only thing that earns you a Golokin fight so far has been a willingness to fight him. What did Proksa, Rosado, Ishida, Stevens, Adama, and Rubio do that made him so much more deserving than Mora? Mora is a former world champ. He's paid way more dues than most of Golokin's opposition. Golovkin is gonna fight 4 times a year. Chances are pretty good a few of those will end up being fringe contenders because the top names won't want to fight Golovkin. Mora wants to be one of those fringe contenders. What's the big deal?

There's no big deal other than Mora trying to say that Golovkin is a product of super duper clever matchmaking when it's clear that Mora was offered a fight.

It comes across as if you're just angry at both fighters that the fight still hasn't been made more than anything, but I think it's silly to put them both on equal ground, despite the consistent reputation Mayweather displays of not wanting the fight.

Anyway, why wouldn't he re-sign with Arum? He's brought him to where his is today, made him a star. We all know Mayweathers Arum excuse is a cop-out. Who should he have signed with exactly? TMT promotions? Haymon? And then what? Pray that babying to all Mayweathers demands will grant him a fight? it's a pipe dream that should never be exercised and thankfully never was.

Anyway - Mora got exposed pretty well in that Twitter post he made. Just goes to show even the people calling him out are ducks.

What's there to solve? He already did. Vera's own trainer thinks so.

Perhaps Shields was exaggerating to his boxer what they needed in an effort to exhort him. He still doesn't sound confident of the verdict rendered in their favor.

"I gotta look at the fight again because I've had over a hundred people call me and not one of them say that Brian lost" he said. But Shields did admit he felt Mora was up by a couple of points going into the last inning.

According to Mora, after the fight, Shields, "had an embarrassed , guilty look on his face. Me and Dean went up to him. I went, 'Ronnie, look, you're a professional; we respect you' and before we could even finish our sentence - and they're interviewing Vera at that time - he said, 'You got robbed, son. What can I tell you? You're in Texas.' I said, 'Ronnie, please, please tell it on camera,' and he took like a step-and-a-half towards the camera and then he realized the problem he was getting himself into. He turned around and said, 'Serg, I live here; I can't do that.'"

HBO wouldn't approve Mora and he'd easily beat the guys Mora listed.

Geale is a mover and GGG ****ing destroyed him. Mora would get run over. Waste of a fight for GGG.

Lara is a GBP/Haymon fighter who fights on Showtime. GGG has an exclusive contract with HBO. And as far as I know, there was no serious offer or negotiations. Lara was just mouthing off.

Andrade? Another jr. MW, and no one even knew who he was before a year ago. And if he doesn't want to move up to fight Korobov for a title, why would he move up for GGG?

Or is this clown talking about himself? He should try to solve his Vera problems before even thinking of uttering GGG's name.

And the comparison with Chavez jr. is not valid because:

                  1) GGG's opp is much better than Chavez's. Geale is easily better than anyone Jr has ever beaten. So is Macklin arguably.

                  2) Jr beat his mediorce opponents in close, workmanlike fashion. GGG wrecks them.
oh come on even ggg fans cant really believe hes only matched well because everyones scared of him

                    Who did he miss out?

Mora signed with Haymon so it's over for him and GGG. He should talk about Quillin, Jacobs or someone he has a shot at fighting.

Pacquiao is plenty big enough to make that **** happen if he really wanted it. If Arum isn't willing, Pac can do what Cotto does and co-promote on a fight by fight basis. Pac doesn't actually care though, and he gets just as much blame as Mayweather.
