You still don't get it don't you. Look at his spaghetti legs at the start and look how strong they look in other fights. Even Cotto's team on the 24/7 knew about his knees and also knew something was wrong with them.
Did cotto *** your girl or something? hahahahahaha Sorry, but I cant fix ******

Also, you can't refute what I posted about martinez dashing accross the ring to try and sneak him and the MRI testing proves your fantasy land theory wrong.

i think I'm the only poster on NSB that's just not excited by this fight. Cotto being trained by whoever is still Cotto and Canelo to me is not as good as he's hyped. So I see this fight as a big name that's on the back end of his career vs a young over hyped big name.

Look let's be honest people, Canelo is an easy puzzle to solve - just keep moving and get off punches first an make him think and you have a good chance of beating him. Do not make it a phone booth fight. Cotto's keys to victory.

As for Cotto, Canelo would be smart to use his size and try to bully Cotto. I don't think he can KO Cotto.

I guess the reason why I'm not jumping up and down for this fight is because there's no real contrast in styles and this fight could easily end up being just two guys swinging with zero technic.

I'll still watch it like I do all fights but I'm not excited. Sorry folks.

How can something that may become a fact be ******? See what I mean you stans getting all butthurt over it?

And you're denying everything I'm saying. You don't have to show **** on an MRI, Martinez's knees weren't there man.

Also with Martinez's inactivity, he should of gotten stripped.

Pedro diaz was trying to turn him into a boxer, but hes more of a boxer/puncher than a boxer. Now he's with freddy roach, a trainer and coach that KNOWS what he is doing, and hes in better condition than what he was at 154 lbs. So no, its not far-fetched.
Ok and with that being said would you say Mayweather and Trout fought a prime Cotto, who had the wrong gameplan?

I dare say you have not seen much of Cotto fights. There's not one fight that I've seen with Cotto that can be described as a non technique fighter just swinging for a knock out. Horrible fight prediction on your behalf especially when 2 hall of fame trainers believe Cotto to be one of the top technicians in the game, Nacho Beristein and Freddy Roach. You can ask any boxer even Mayweather, and any trainer other then the Mayweather's about Cotto and I guarantee they will not say anything even remotely close to your silly fight prediction.

As for Canelo, I agree his wring smarts is not there ring iq is pretty low but that's due to age and mostly accounted to the poor corner that he has. He should improve and with a better corner that improvement would come faster.

Until he loses to Cotto at which point he qualifies for disability and an electric wheelchair because he had a bad ankle.

Cotto was once a great fighter but lets not put things out of context. After he lost to Trout he was called shot by everyone, beats 5-4-1 in his last 10 fights Delvin and all of a sudden he's a 'new fighter' under trainer Roachie Fred. Then he finished what MARTIN MURRAY started 15 months earlier, beating Martinez.

Canelo is prime, hasn't taken the physical and mental beatings that Cotto has in his great career and doesn't have the knees of an 86 year old. He is also probably bigger than Cotto even though he would be the one moving up in weight.

Once Canelo starts landing on Cotto his face will severly swell and he might get a cut or two along the way. Being the brave warrior that he is i'm sure he'll keep going but this is the changing of the guard... to CANELO!
The only people that were calling Cotto shot were people who don't know **** about boxing. Maybe you could think that after the Trout fight, but that was just a bad night and it does happen in boxing believe it or not. Look at Floyd against Maidana the first fight. We also learned after that fight that his trainer was killing him in camp, which isn't good for an old fighter. The way he demolished Delvin did noting but show he still has a lot of stuff left in the tank.
