First off....Tsyzu was obviously not in his prime when he lost to Hatton. Floyd wouldn't have a problem with him though imo. And as for Chavez I think the welterweight version of Floyd would run and outpoint him for the UD. But at 130 Floyd would have been blown out of the park. The only reason Floyd won was because he got lucky and made Jesus outpunch himself. JCC Sr would not have tired like that.
Duran with out a shadow of a doubt would have beaten Floyd at 135. The guy was an animal and if anyone beats Floyd at this weight range it's him.

If it didnt matter why did Manny not fight at the division weight , he fought Oscar at 147 , of course it mattered , if weight doesnt matter why did Manny call Cotto out for his 154 title then want another CW and run away when Cotto said yes but no CW , there is only one obvious answer , the weight is what beat Cotto otherwise Manny would have fought him at 147 just like Oscar , the second time around Manny would say I beat Cotto before I can do it again ,,,, with a CW lol

But the CW was mutually agreed upon by Cotto and Manny. He said "I will never sacrifice my body like that again" because he was referring to the sustained beating he took when he should have let his corner throw in the towel. He even said this in the Max Kellerman face off with Margorcheato saying something along the lines of yes I will have my corner throw in the towel if my life is on line like previous fights. He was saying that he was not willing to die in the ring like Margarito. Manny wouldn't fight Cotto at 154 because he doesn't even rehydrate to that much anymore. Adding more weight to his frame might be the breaking point for his finesse in the ring

Cotto was talking about the CW if I had the inclination to go find it I would but I cant be bothered , he made basically 2 statements regarding weight , one at fight time when under Top Rank contract saying he was fine with it which is a given , and another when his own boss discussing Manny demanding the second CW , here he said " I will not sacrifice my body like that for another fighter " had nothing to do with a beating it was about the CW .

Floyd stepped in with Canelo at 150 and Canelo was nearly 170 on the night , Floyd fought Cotto at 154 and gave him 15 lbs on the night , Floyd was 150 and gave Oscar 19 lbs , Floyd gave Castillo a lot of weight , gave Corallis a lot of weight .

Now Manny wants to fight Floyd but cant fight the same guys unless they are CWed many pounds lighter , it dont add up , I believe Cotto 154 , Oscar 154 , Canelo 152-154 all beat Manny , actually I believe the top WWs will beat Manny and thats why he wont fight them , they know whats up Manny is trying to keep winning to get a cash out with Floyd , bring in soft touches Algieri and Vargas , its about winning with low risk , he wont fight a top WW you wait and see , its too risky .

Yes and no , not all CWs are equal it depends on the individual , 2 lb to Canelo is different to 2 lb to Cotto with one being at 147 and the other at 154 the bigger man has a lesser % of himself to lose , the higher the weight class the less effect it can have the lower the weight class the more effect the same 2 lb will have , with Cotto he stated he was drained , Canelo never said anything , both CWs were for the purpose of making the fight easier for the smaller fighters , but the 2 CWs did not have the same physical effect on the opponent , same as with Oscar he was really really bad , dead man walking , Cotto was not this bad but was weakened by the CW , Canello would have been also weakened but not as much .

Like I said in the beginning CWs are not ALL the same .

a) Canelo dropping 2lbs is OK, Cotto dropping 1lb compared to his previous fight is not OK.
b) You contradict yourself with 154 Cotto. Now that it's Manny, a 154 Cotto coming at a CW is terrible thing and laughable but you said that it was easy for a bigger, harder to make weight Canelo to do a CW. WTF?

Because Manny came in the 140s when he fought at lower weights, it's like he is a WW. Just crazy! Then that means a lot of these guys are also WWs because quite a few of them do ...... but for someone knowledgeable about the sport, NO, they are NOT considered WWs. Cotto said before the weigh in that it was laughable because in his previous fight he made 146 easily.
Cotto said right after the weigh in that he would be too strong for Manny
Cotto said after the fight. The reason I lost was that "Manny was too fast and I didn't see his punches"

Just rewatched that fight, I really think that was an extremely underrated win for Floyd.
People forget that Corrales at the time was undefeated and steam rolling guys at 130,
Floyd made it look easy and absolutely outclassed him. I've never seen such a clinic at that weight.

I think even Robert Garcia(the trainer) was doing pretty good against Corrales before he got stopped, and Garcia was a small guy, and hurt Corrales pretty bad in the 2nd round.

I don't think so but he wouldn't be an easy fight for anyone IMO. But I don't think he'd beat Duran at 135 or Chavez at 140. Guys like Ortiz, Whitaker, Armstrong, etc I would pick over him.

130 I think he beats most,if not all, though.
