Remember the defensive genius of today was a more willing to exchange quick little **** back in the day. He got tagged by lesser opponents that would get wrecked against a Mosley, or Cotto calibre type fighter.

Just rewatched that fight, I really think that was an extremely underrated win for Floyd.
People forget that Corrales at the time was undefeated and steam rolling guys at 130,
Floyd made it look easy and absolutely outclassed him. I've never seen such a clinic at that weight.

Yea Floyd had no problem around the 130 range after Corrales. He was the essence of unbeatable but something tells me he would have manny problems in the foreseeable future.
