I think Pacquiao could make 135 if he wanted to. Hes already at 143 a month before his fight so who else besides Pac regularly fights 2 weight classes above his fighting weight? No one else has the ball to try it.

And last I heard, Pac had to leave Top Rank, (which would end up in a lawsuit) and sign with TMT promotions which mean no minimum fights per year and no miminum purse per fight. Pac has a guaranteed minimum of $20 mill and 2 fights a year on HBO.

Why does Floyd get to pick the Venue? The same venue that gave him a $2.3 million Buggati for free for the first Maidana fight? And it would be under the NSAC which is straight up corrupt towards Floyd (Xylocaine, not putting him under oath, etc)

The fight should be agreed upon by both parties or go towards the highest bidder. If its the highest bidder than Macau will **** on anything Vegas can offer and would be fair since its not either fighters home town
