Why does Floyd get to pick the Venue? The same venue that gave him a $2.3 million Buggati for free for the first Maidana fight? And it would be under the NSAC which is straight up corrupt towards Floyd (Xylocaine, not putting him under oath, etc)

The fight should be agreed upon by both parties or go towards the highest bidder. If its the highest bidder than Macau will **** on anything Vegas can offer and would be fair since its not either fighters home town

Floyd keeps making excuse after excuse , he can't be confident because he is the self named Money man and this fight would break all money records .Just look at the kind of opponents Floyd has faced recently for $30-40 million + and more to the point who he will fight if he can get away with it....No wonder he wants to extend with Showtime !!!! Everyone here has lost their marbles as far as Floyd is concerned , he's good but is getting away with murder and the way he shows he money is child like and pretty sick , no lives prospective from this one.

Why does Floyd get the venue? Because Pac is chasing Floyd and not the other way around. Pac says "no," and gets knocked out by Marquez, and follows up with Rios. Floyd says "no," and beats Cotto for the Jr. MW title, and breaks his own revenue record with ODLH by beating Canelo. Pac is now fighting Algeri in Macau, Floyd could follow up with Khan in the UK. Pac is not in a position to force concessions, his position is actually worse (thanks to Bob Arum) than it was in 2012. Pac should concentrate on beating "the best" available not named Mayweather. His fans don't care about Mayweather, they care about the quality of opponents not named Mayweather, and question Manny, "why are you fighting Algeri?" Pac has to answer that question.

Pacquiao is more well known international and probably in American than Floyd since he actually does interviews on ESPN, FOX Sports, Jimmy Kimmel, has commercials, has a documentary coming out with Liam Neison, etc
