gotta get froch back on american TV first. he's been fighting overseas for a long time now.
I honestly can't see that happening. Considering the numbers Cotto & Martinez/Canelo & Lara did recently, I don't see how Froch/GGG can level or even exceed those.

Froch's last fight was shown on HBO, as was his fight vs Kessler. All of his fights in the Super Six & vs Bute were shown on Showtime, not sure who showed his fight vs Groves in the first fight, but pretty much all of Froch's fights since Jermain Taylor were shown on American TV.

2 of Froch's last 4 fights (Groves I, Mack) were not televised in America. The Bute fight was relegated to a lowly subscription network that most do not have access too, Epix.

Froch is not known in America. He's a very good fighter, but does not carry any appeal in the U.S. which is why I chuckle at people associating the word PPV with Froch vs. Chavez Jr. or Golovkin.

The Chavez Jr fight is a PPV fight though.

I disagree, but you are certainly entitled to your opinion.

It's not my opinion, it's a fact. The terms were agreed for the fight to be on HBO PPV.

                My exact thoughts .

I think in 2016 it could be huge, but right now if he can't get Julio Ceasar Chavez, Jr. would be a fight in Las Vegas against Benard Hopkins, especially if Benard defeats Kovalev.

I have no idea how it would do. But I do know this...I'd damn sure be getting it.

                      I gotta think huge.

Seeing as how Golovkinez will draw the raza in a big way and everybody knows the Brits will clog up hella' airplanes.

                      Make the fight.
