around 300K would be a huge success. if built properly, i think it can do that.

gotta get froch back on american TV first. he's been fighting overseas for a long time now.

So I'm not alone with my feeling that this fine can do around 200k in PPV numbers. I mean that's still a financial success. It all depends on the costs you put into the promotion. Morales and Barrera did 150-250k many times in their primes.

I just don't see the point for the Murray fight in Monaco. I think Murray is currently the best available opponent but why it has to be ****ing Monaco? GGG should fight Murray in England to hype a potential bout with Froch. The atmosphere would be awesome. No need to fight in that ugly venue at Monaco.

Just give us Froch vs. GGG. GGG already said he's willing to take on Froch and Froch is a warrior. I think he would take the opportunity if they offer him the fight in Vegas. K2 is just to conservative. They need more balls in building up GGG.

low ass site fee, maybe even no fee, or a payment to fight there.

monaco is a wealthy place, and you can sell a fight like this as a bonafide world championship, because the locals don't know any better.

Why are you guys so obsessed with fights being on PPV? Everyone wants to find a PPV fight for Golovkin. How does this benefit any fans? Why would I want to pay $75 to watch something I can watch for free? These guys are unknowns in America and do not belong on PPV.

Numbers wise prob 300 max. Canelo is supposed to be the next golden child and he can barely pull more than that

Hopkins vs Froch could be PPV if Hopkins wins. Has Hopkins won a belt @ 168? Froch would have a name opponent and if he loses it would be to an all time great. Chavez Jr. has been out for too long and I think he should take a tune up fight before going back to PPV (on of the May PPV undercards).

HBO wouldn't put this fight on PPV.

A Kazakh vs a Brit on US PPV...lol when has that happened?

Froch has only been on HBO twice and isn't that well known in America. Golovkin still isn't anywhere near big enough to carry a PPV.

I think it sells out the MGM and can be a big PPV draw, obviously not on the Manny/Floyd/Cotto levels but a couple hundred k is still a very good number. HBO win financially.
Nobody really watches Martin Murray's fight anyway, so doubt that will do any more or less for him.
