Yes he did. Stop talking out of yer arse. He hadn't been "taunting" him, he just said he felt he should have joined the super six.Froch didnt have much respect for Bute at all, he'd been taunting him for years. AA was considered dangerous, but he was also coming off a demoralizing loss.
1/4th? Gtfo
Degale does? Chavez does? On the strength of the Rubio UD, or the Vera rematch? Alright "massive GGG fan" lol
Not really true. Abraham was more or less undefeated when Froch fought him.
I absolutely mean that. Listen, he'd be guaranteed a £4 million to begin with from Sky fighting Degale. Now, then you can add on everything in terms of selling 80k tickets for Wembley (and it would), PPV money, American money, international revenue etc and he's looking at a cool £6 million at least.
Fighting Golovkin wouldn't be near as big in the UK and definitely wouldn't be a Wembley fight. Less PPV money, HBO wouldn't put it up for PPV and they'd have to pay GGG so that leaves little budget left for Froch and he'd probably be looking at £1-2 million. maybe a little more.
Chavez is in a completely different stratosphere as it would be a dual PPV and a Vegas fight. Would easily rival Degale and probably exceed it.Comment

Yes, and how do you determine a fair purse? I'm trying to get to the root of this.
No. Froch would take him the UK PPV money and would want something from HBO who probably wouldn't put up more than 1.5 m at best for a GGG-Froch fight.
Not enough money for both guys. Simple.Comment

no, he was taunting Bute for years, calling him chinny, fragile, and protected
You talked about being deserving of the fight because "Never beaten a good opponent yet, and certainly not beaten anyone in the SMW divison." Tell me about the good opponents the other guys have beaten. lol man, stop wating my timeComment

i think froch can KO cold GGG.
call me crazy but when you ride your bike around the corner sometimes you are going to see a stop sign.Comment

You're just waffling hot air now and trying to make it seem like you're saying something substantial. HBO license fee? LOL...the only way the money is there to match what Froch has been offered elsewhere is if Golovkin takes a minuscule cut of the overall purse.
But in the words of GGG's manager, "For Gennady to move up, he's going to want a big chunk of the money"Comment

yeah i'll take it from you, the "massive ggg fan" that believes froch would be betting 1-2m for ggg lolYes, and how do you determine a fair purse? I'm trying to get to the root of this.

Why is it funny? He made £2.5 million fighting Kessler who's far better known in the UK than GGG and that was also a Dual PPV, which Golovkin wouldn't be. So once again, stop talking out of yer arse.lolllll at the bolded

Which other guys? Chavez and Degale?
Well for those guys it doesn't matter who they beat. Degale has fought on PPV in the UK against Groves and is a Olympic Gold medalist and therefore infinitely more known than Golovkin is.
Chavez was in one of the biggest fights of the year in WORLD boxing not too long ago, so his profile and following is also infinitely bigger than GGGs.Comment

Because I am a massive GGG fan I need to sink to your ridiculously low level of poor lobbyism?
Please, I know we're a rare bread of boxing fans on this board. But some of us actually have common sense.
It's something you probably won't understand though.Comment

"Big chunk" is dependent on the size of the overall pot. If the pot is 4m, he'll want 50/50 say. If it's 10m, he might be ok with 75/25 or whatever. What was the split for the proposed Chavez fight, that GGG signed on for pronto? You're just waffling hot air now and trying to make it seem like you're saying something substantial. HBO license fee? LOL...the only way the money is there to match what Froch has been offered elsewhere is if Golovkin takes a miniscule cut of the overall purse. Perhaps give Froch all the PPV money.
