I don't think Vitali would have the patience and discipline to not switch on Shannon like Wlad does. Wlad is pretty classy you have to say, and it makes Shannon's ranting voice stand out even clearer showing how insane he is.

Mildly funny all this, but driving a speed boat with a companion, around a guy rowing on a surf board in the sea...is pretty shady.
