This is what I thought Cotto and his team would do. Truthfully, why shouldn't they? Cotto vs Sergio did more than Canelo vs a popular Mexican fighter in Angulo. He's not oblivious to that. Plus, he's the champ, he's the one that isn't going back to HBO and has TR on his side.

Why should, or would, he fight on a Mexican holiday when he can fill 20,000+ seats in his second home? Like I I've said before, I like Canelo and his bravado, but he's out here attempting to get things handed to him rather then earning them

Canelo made 365K with Frigging Angulo!!! no belts, no championships involved, Cotto Made 300K vs Martinez the lineal Champ and way way above and beyond el Perro, like I stated in my previous post Canelo vs Martinez would've made 800K at least.

He won't because no one knows what really goes on with them. I think Floyd and Manny are both too stubborn to admit either messed up and actually fight.

Floyd offering a little more to potentially earn a title at MW might have him give Cotto leverage with Canelo.

I usually dont care where they figthers decide to fight, but Hopefully Cotto decides to fight on the may 5 weekend IN VEGAS.

We want Floyd to be pressured into fighting Pacquiao, or get ran out of his fight date in his hometown for fighting bs fights. The fans have been snubbed for too long when asking for this fight. and I'm not paying 70 dollars for some weak oppenent for Floyd to cash in.

I think this new version of Cotto will dominate Canelo over 12 rounds... but Cotto needs to relax with he Diva stuff...Canelo and Cotto both fough Floyd and Cotto even had HBO which has more subscribers to watch 24/7, and Floyd-Canelo's PPV numbers tower Cotto's with Floyd.

The fight should be Cinco De Mayo in Vegas, Texas or NY

If not the fight should be June weekend of PR parade in NY

I'm not excited for the fight because it'll be an easy win for Cotto.. Canelo takes too long to get off his punches..Cotto will tear him up with the left and Canelo will get gun shy like he did vs Floyd...
