So who are they blaming now? I thought his problems will go away once Arum disappears from his life.

Arum did actually good for Rigo getting him high pays and exposure, then he shat on him publicly and put him in a poorly promoted fight up against a rival card in a poorly chosen city where people who paid to see their local fighter on the undercard lose walked out after the fight.
By the way Arum offered Rigo 300k to fight Avalos last year so not really less than a quarter.

People walk out of his fight because he's a safety first boxer even if he's extremely talented. Only hardcore fans will enjoy his style and that doesn't translate to revenue generation which is what current boxing is all about.
You may say his style is hindering his career but that doesn't change the fact he has been offered 2 multi million dollar offers.

Chances are he's the problem! This guys been boxing since he could tie his shoes and he's been dirt poor too! He has some money and some earned respect again and my guess is he needs motivation to start his gears in motion.
If he can't put together 3 or 4 fights in 2015 he may as well retire.
Personally I think he's the best boxing technician we've seen in many years
(Pete) but out of sight out of mind!!!! He needs to get it in motion!!! Ray.

Who wouldn't watch rigo exposing santacruz , or santajoke ?
Who wouldn't watch rigo beating again Abner mares ? He did in the amateurs .
Who wouldn't watch , especially in In Ireland , in gland , rigo exposing frampton ?
These are all great fights , but they are scared of rigondeaux .

I want to watch the best fighting the best . That's what I care as a fan . Why would I care if someone sales or not ? I'm not a promoter .
Some fans repeat the same slogan as if they were making money , as if they were tv sponsors ?????

Give me the great fights : rigo santajoke , Floyd pacman , golovking ward , etc . That is what us , fans , should care about . That is why basketball is great , baseball , soccer : cause the best have to fight the best , no cherrie picking , no build ups .

Rigondeaux is the most feared boxer right now , nobody wants to be exposed , that is the truth .

Hit and not be hit ; you can not hit what you don't see .

But..but...but Bob Arum is the bad guy who underpromotes him. Rigo is a free agent and has been one for a few months now. Why is nobody clamoring to sign him?

I doubt his manager never made any contact with Haymon before leaving Arum. I wonder why the media is not asking about Haymon, what it takes to sign up with Haymon.

I like Rigondeaux but he needs to do what it takes to build his name, that Donaire win is great but how long ago was that now. Quite frankly it is on him to make things happen for himself if that requires knocking out 7 scrubs in a row to build his brand for light money that is what needs to be done.

I don't think it will come to that because there is demand for the dude just at the right price and if he performs his price will go up. Also I know dude is small but he needs to be willing to go to 126 he should be able to deal with those guys if he is that great, I would certainly like to see him against Johnny Gonzalez and really he would probably look amazing in that fight.

I love how Hyde is taking credit for Rigo's status in the P4P list.
