i need to repeat this. people are getting dumber and dumber.

much ado about nothing. why people treat oscar as if he's this huge noob who knows nothing about the business side of boxing is beyond me. man this is the guy who tried to steal pacman from arum. meaning, he could play dirty if he wants to. he founded gbp long before schaefer existed. if youtube existed back then, you'd see millions of videos relating to his experiences as a promoter. he certainly did some mistakes, which most do/did, but he's no effing tyro.

he's no newbie. don't even know why he recruited a guy like schaefer who have very limited diplomatic skills.

I copy and paste to show and prove, and not simply make comments. Opinions are like as$holes...had I said Arum used to say crazy **** about Oscar, some idiot would call me a fanboy, and dismiss it as bull****. Anyway, I have yet to hear a fighter complain about business with Al Haymon, like I have heard fighters complain (FOEREVER) and sue King and Arum.

I completely agree about the first half of what u typed but nobody of haymons fighters complain cause he makes em fight nobodies and pays em really well but the fans will eventually get tired of his ****. King and arum were sued cause they ripped off the fighters purses yet put em in fights we want to see which pleased the fans

Haymon also makes sure his fighters are paid WELL. None of his fighters complain about money or try to say that they were ripped off. They all sing his praises, especially when it comes to purses. Don King did not have that reputation whatsoever. So Haymon doesn't even come close to King.
Of course he makes sure they are gonna get paid well. That is his JOB as an advisor. That will change once FMP, Schafer and Haymon get a promotion stable going.

They're not complaining now, but once REAL boxing fans are tired of Haymon's sh**tnanigans and stop whatching the sh**ty fights on the level of Salkas Petersons vs nobody, LSC vs unknown, and gary Russell Jr. vs TBA, TV networks and cable companies will put some presure, they will be force to fight the thoug fights and be like the rest of the fighters out of Haymons stable, and the inflation that Al is creating right now with this mismatches will pop sooner rather than later and than the outcome will be...... people defecting from the housing market (toxic) of boxing that haymon represents.

Nobody can keep paying 750K to 1Mill to boxers that do not or are not worth that kind of money, Showtime already know that, they put up the sh**iest cards( with haymons fighters) this year and their raitings are free falling compare to last year.

Exactly. You gotta be an idiot to assume Mayweather would take boxing promotion seriously even when he retires. You're also an idiot if you believe Mayweather would trust Schaefer and them working together harmoniously. You're also an idiot if you believe Schaefer can do magic. This is guy is good at making enemies, not friends. His only lifeline is Espinoza and once Espinoza is gone, he's also gone. Kids love fantasy.
