BS he called Cotto out when Cotto held the 154 belt , Cotto said yes but no CW and Manny wanted non of it Floyd took the fight and beat Cotto who weighed 164 on the night , so Manny wanted another 154 belt at another ridicules weight from a guy he already beat , lol Manny never beat Cotto he beat him on the scales , thats obvious .
