He also did not beat out Castillo in the 1st fight.
Corrales and Hernandez are on a par with Morelles and Barrera especially considering Manny out weighed them both while Floyd was out weighted by 10lbs and more .
Floyd at 135 would have tortured Morales and Barrera that was Floyds best weight .

If everyone fought like Mayweather, there would be almost no KO victories.Last edited by HeGotPacProblem; 10-04-2014, 01:08 AM.

Like I said go fight for fight with Manny and weigh up the differences mentioned and Floyd trumps him , and Im not dogging Mannys resume as a whole only his WW run which is fake made to order , he dont even fight WW now because the top WW will give him hell so he fights JWWs , all his WW fights is full of special conditions or shot fighters hand picked at a certain point in time while they were openly ducked previously when winning , citing Cotto Mosley .

Manny was Knocked out in his rematch , Floyd won his clearly , what does that little thing mean to the legacy of both , seeing as " one fight " can make or break the legacy says you ?

Their legacies will always be intertwined for not facing eachother.

Look, I agree with a lot of what you are saying. But you should know what Floyd is about. He is a safety first boxer with brittle hands, fighting a much bigger puncher. If you were gonna believe something he said, you should've believed what he said right after the first fight. Just like the Castillo fight, he fought a much different fight the second time around.
In the Maidana rematch, he was actually looking up at the clock to see how much time was left before he could collect my $75 contribution to his ridiculous salary. That left a bad taste in my mouth. That was just bad form on Floyd's part.
With all due respect, the Cotto fight was no cherry pick and I thought Floyd really delivered the goods and reinforced his status as a premier boxer and I appreciate the hell out of his efforts. However, it was obvious there was something he didn't like about the experience and the changes he made going forward are parts of the game that I have no respect for.
As for the Rios question...
Pacquiao landed 281/790 for 36%.
Mayweather in the Maidana rematch was 102/177 for 58%.
I don't mind "running" when it's equipped with throwing. But that stuff Mayweather pulled in his last fight reached Amir Khan running from Maidana during the championship round levels. But at least Amir was on ***** street and it was exciting to if he was going to survive.
And for the record, one of my favorite rounds of all times was round 1 of Ali vs Floyd Patterson. Ali didn't throw one punch for the entire round but made a point to everybody watching that he could stay in the danger zone and make Patterson miss every single punch he threw. That's ring generalship.Last edited by ReIoaded; 10-04-2014, 01:30 AM.
