Personally my favourite training was always pads and the double end bag.. You wanna build speed and precision as well as stamina and be able to land those high percentage numbers to get the serious KO that's the way to go, master your craft...

I remember hearing on Gatti-Mayweather that it was 3-5 15 minute rounds. Come on man, do you really think Mayweather spars for 3 hours? That's way overkill.

                There is absolutely no question.

Running is the most important part of training. Its the most enduring cardiovascular excersise you can do....and it is the most pertainant to boxing.

No question....anyone who disagrees is a moron.

                If you don't run...you don't have stamina.

I understand but if we can have fantasy fights here why not this ? Plus it takes forever to get a reply in the training sec and I wanted to break down some of the repost threads we have going.
