Personally my favourite training was always pads and the double end bag.. You wanna build speed and precision as well as stamina and be able to land those high percentage numbers to get the serious KO that's the way to go, master your craft...Comment

Running is the most important part of training. Its the most enduring cardiovascular excersise you can do....and it is the most pertainant to boxing.
