all of it, just go light on the weights.
also watching tape on your opponent, if you have that option to do so.........
and one should take all of it serious too, deathly serious..... -
Running. I know a guy who was a good fighter but never ran. It worked out for a while vs lesser opponents but when he stepped up he got outmuscled and stopped.
Either run or do the spinning thing. Both are good.Comment

Floyd Mayweather is the best fighter in the world not only because he is the most talented but because he trains twice as hard as anybody else in the sport. Dude goes 15+ rounds a day hard from what his camp says.Comment

I heard the dude does 15-minute rounds with three different spar partners each round sometimes, sometimes the dude will wake up in the middle of the night and want to go 40 mins of the pads or something - and Roger will have to wake and get the pads out. Floyd just trains like a maniac from what I heard, and all instinctive.Originally posted by DiegoFuegoFloyd Mayweather is the best fighter in the world not only because he is the most talented but because he trains twice as hard as anybody else in the sport.
