Kenny Bayless was counting an inconscious Pacquiao. He shouldn't wave off fights after that.

First the ref would have to warn him and take points, i don't know if he would have held as much after being deducted points and with the ref threatening to disqualify him.

It wasn't just the holding though, it was the throwing. He seemed to think it was cool to manhandle Povetkin around the ring. It wasn't boxing.

I've never seen an unconscious man trying to get up... I'm not discrediting Povetkin's win at all. I'm just saying the ref should have given him a chance to beat the count.

His eyes were probably rolling in the back of his head when he first went to the floor, he went down incredibly hard. Wouldn't be surprised if it was hitting the canvas that woke him up

Takam clearly hadn't fully recovered from the k/d at the end of the previous round. He'd just been knocked down heavily with a lot of the round still to go.

Bayless made the right call, Takam lives to fight another day.

Great post.Takam can return and make an impression against some of the lesser guys such as Wilder,Fury and Chisora for example.he will struggle to get the top fights though as he is clearly a top competitor in the division.

Would like to see Povetkin-Pulev after Klitschko takes care of him.

This is the best fight in the division not involving Klitschko,if Pulev loses to Wladimir I doubt Sacsha goes anywhere near him though,he was struggling against the reach of Takam last night.

Forget Klitschko and imagine the division,Povetkin is no.1 with a lot of competiton.

Wladimir even at 38 is light years ahead of everyone else,not that i dont think he isnt as good as previous ATG's either,he is simply too good.I think he would have set benchmarks in previous eras too.

Would like to see Chakhiev-Drozd/Lebedev

All three wont be matched against each other for the foreseeable,Ryabinsky states they want each to acquire a belt before potential match ups,I presume to have a card with the most legit champions on thus breaking some sort of record.he wants Moscow to be recognised as the Mecca of boxing,I guess he has beef with the EU and Germany's heavyweight boxing status haha.

are you ******? wlad is not the best fighter in the division. povetking proved that he is. if there was a neutral ref in there wlad woulf have been deducted points and disqualified for that atrocity of a fight he had against povetking
