As Lampley pointed out, Pacquiao's team had long-since agreed to unrestricted testing at this point. All it ever was for Floyd was a slogan to justify his not wanting to fight a dangerous opponent. A PR move to counter the *******s of abuse he was getting for a blatant duck.
The slogan fooled nobody except those who wanted to be fooled.

Boxers know more about boxing than internet fanboys. Truth, and Manny hasnt had a KO since 2009, hes lost twice and looked like its near the end of the road. People hate being fooled, they hate to admit someone pulled one over their head but if you look at it unbiased, Manny cheated on his family why wouldnt he cheat for the amount of money being offered he was. He will forever be labeled a cheater, He turned down record money to avoid a drug test. How many people turn down 15/hr jobs if they are clean? this man passed on atleast 40mil when hes supposedly clean
Look, I am not this huge Manny fan you assume I am. I am a fight fan first and foremost (boxing, mma, any combat sport). I was not upset when Manny got KO'd, it was EXCITING to me. It revived my hope that boxing may not be totally corrupt and anything truly can happen on any given night (under the right circumstances of course).
I know that PED use in competitive sports is more prevalent than ever before and there are many "designer drugs" that can't even be detected by the strictest testing methods. I wouldn't be surprised if PAC was doping as I pretty much assume EVERYONE is doping nowadays. So to me it's pretty much like the pot calling the kettle black, it's the fact that he used that as a roadblock that is the issue here.
