Comments Thread For: Naazim Says Mayweather-Pacquiao Too Close To Call

Veteran trainer Naazim Richardson sees Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao as a fight that is too close to call. When Pacquiao was demolishing the competition several years ago, Naazim was convinced the Filipino boxer would have won it big. Later on, he began to switch over and tabbed Mayweather as the winner.

Now that both fighters are getting older and appear to be slowing down with victories that are less dominating and less spectacular, Naazim can't pick a clear winner.

agree with ****m here, too tough to call because both are getting older, but I believe the 2009-2010 version of the PacMonster would beat Floyd.

4x PAC Vs Marquez = 3 even fights, 1KO PACMAN. Floyd vs Marquez ......
Floyd beat the living sh.. out of Marquez. Conclusion and fact. Floyd beats PAC into hospital and retirement !!!!

Floyd went life and death against Maidana who is comparable to Rios who Pac beat 12 zip

And Rios got to wear his gloves. Floyd made Chino wear pillows and still got busted up in both fights

Pacquiao wins easily. A more competitive fight for Pac is Algeiri

I have no doubt that Algeiri beats Floyd, Maidana and Rios fairly easily

Yes, Pac in his prime would have destroyed Floyd, Floyd knew it, that's why he ducked Pac said Miguel Cotto.

Floyd only fights people he thinks he can beat like Maidana, Ortiz and Guerrero type guys.

Pacs been ko'ed now, so im sure Floyd genuinely thinks he has a chance against Pac now, whilst before it was all words for effect and mouth and his ego talking.

It is a close call but Marquez beating Pacquiao/Mayweather beating Marquez isn't the best guideline to determine a result, history shows that.
Did you think Foreman should have destroyed Ali based purely on what he did to Frazier and the fact that Frazier beat Ali? Look what happened there, that theory isn't "conclusion and fact" at all man.
