I'm not a huge Canelo fan but why so much hate? He's 24 & has been fighting good fights (Trout, Floyd Angulo, Lara, Clottey??) He seems willing to fight anybody, that's all I ask as a fan.

Canelo is being very likeable lately, taking back the May date from Floyd's circus and acknowledging Golovkin when everyone else is playing games and pretending he doesn't exist.

Well last week Oscar mentioned that he would have Canelo fight Chavez Jr at a 159 catch weight knowing he can't get down that low. Make the same catch weight offer to GGG. He won't do it.

They even could make the fight at Canelos prefered weight 155 Pounds. GGG can make the weight. GGG is already at 165 Pounds 30 days before the Rubio fight. They say GGG can eat as he wants he makes 160 easy so i think it would only take a few adjustments to get down to 155.
