I still don't understand why some people are constantly pulling the ducking Ward card when the guy isn't even an active boxer. If Ward gets out of the court room and back in the ring sometime, then you can pull the ducking card. As of right now he's not fighting anyone so give it a rest already.

Furthermore, why the hell would GGG move up to SMW when he's still comfortable at MW and there are now a bunch of interesting and lucrative match ups available for him at that weight class? Rational thinking helps you understand certain situations.

GGG's trainer said that, if he got a good offer, Golovkin would move up and fight Ward, and nothing happened. Ergo, Golovkin is ducking Ward.
If you are an Andre Ward fan, that's what passes for rational thinking. Maybe sheer frustration has driven them all a little crazy.

I don't think anyone is necessarily "afraid" of Ward. But I do think they're are guys aware that they would lose to him. And that's why he's not an option (aside from the fact that he is apparently not gonna fight anymore).

Of course....who would bother to fight ward when they can make 3x the $ fighting a guy like Chavez jr... I just find it funny guys come into a Canelo thread and bring up GGG going up to 168.. Canelo hasn't made 154 in like 3 fights now...ward should offer a fight at 164 with GGG if he's really interested..we both know that will never happen.
