I gave Maidana 5 rounds myself.

Round 1- where Floyd did absolutely nothing but move around the ring while Chino stalked and was the aggressor.

Round 3- where Madaina stole it with that huge straight right that rocked Floyd at the bell and left him staggering to his corner.

Round 4 -A round in which Maidana dominated Floyd.

Round 6 - A round where Maidana landed the cleaner harder shots and had Floyd on the ropes for the majority of the round.

Round 12 - A round where Floyd just ran to avoid engaging and protect his points lead.

12 ad 4 was his only rds. One punch steals a rd only if there is a KD. Especially one where he was getting heavily outlanded.

rd 1 Floyd landed the oly punches, stalk as much as you want, but you did nothing.

rd 6, he had hi on the ropes but wasn't landing so, he again did nothing.

Your original point was judges skew their scores for Floyd, but where was the skew here?

At age 37? You're expecting a bit much. He did what he had to do to win against a difficult style. Floyd, while still the best fighter in the sport, is no spring chicken.

It was a **** fight but I'm not upset. After the first fight everybody was talking about how Floyd "lost his legs" and were trying to make Maidana out to be an elite fighter who was going to do the unthinkable.

I'm happy Floyd boxed circles around him and put him in his place.

When Hatton fought Manny he was no longer with his lifetime trainer and was a shot fighter mentally, he admitted taking the Floyd loss very personal, so in other words, he was damaged goods when Manny knocked him out.
