It was not a low ball offer he was calling Manny's bluff after being openly challenged and having Manny run his mouth about how he would take less money just to make it happen he wanted it so badly.

Also Floyd stated Manny wanted to fight him because of his tax issues just recently, that wasn't even a full year ago well after Floyd offered him 40 mil, the two are not related so try again.

I'll give just one example. In early 2012, Manny was going to be ready to fight in May. Then Floyd was granted an extension so he could fight in May as well. Bob took Manny to see his step son in law to get the cut (we assume) from the Nov 2011 JMM fight examined. Son in law says Manny can't get back to training until April so he can't fight until June at earliest.

using your son in law in general is a conflict of interest. why wasn't manny taken to the son in law before Bob declared Manny could fight in May 2012? why so long the wait to go see the dr-jmm fight 11/12/11-visit to step son in law -January 2012.

Jeff Roth-step son dr-is a plastic surgeon. what did manny's regular dr say? why didn't any physician that reviewed manny in the 2 months after the fight deem him to need plastic surgery?

And for years they never wanted to take the test and that was Arum doing. PAc wants the fight but hes a puppet and Arum is the pulling them strings

as if al haymon don't be pulling no strings himself. and if its always been arum, why did floyd do negotiations with them in the first place. He never had a "problem with arum" until pacquiao accepted the tests and the money.

Dont forget the lawsuit after failed negotiations that team Pac didnt want to take tests. Dont forget Arum saying "**** floyd we dont need him". So yes Arum was always a problem

And 2012? You mean when Floyd offered that ridiculous 40m flat fee? He phoned Michael Konzcz and dealt directly with Pacquiao so it didn't really matter what the hell Arum was saying to the media. It was moot because Floyd had no intentions of making the fight himself with that offer.

stop spreading false information, Mayweather countered with that cutoff because manny refused for olympic testing up until and after the fight. It was a counter offer. His "idea" was for testing throughout and just after the promotion. If you will read no PPV revenue is BS, read. Thats actually not true, and Ariza admitted it yesterday, and the fact that your name calling zaps your credibility. Grow up.
