Nope because for years that's all they had to do yet they refused and lied about why. Then only after Floyd said he is not dealing with them anymore do they want to accept the testing.

The fight didnt come to frutition that first time because both parties could not agree on a cutoff date. Floyd wanted a 14-day cutoff while pac wanted 21. Both sides stood firm and the fight didnt happen. Pac then accepted Floyd's 14 day cutoff but by then Floyd stated that there will be no cutoff date.

Floyd wanted no cut off dates from the get. It was Manny that wanted to cut offs because he said giving blood made him weak.

Floyd then released a video showing Manny getting tested within the 14 day window of one of his fights after Manny said he could not do it and never had he got caught in a lie and was forced to agree after he had been exposed.

This was after saying he didn't want to give blood at all and do extra testing because he hasn't had to before and was caught in that lie as well after he was questioned about his tatoos and someone calling him on his lie of never being blood tested before.
