Ellerbe was in over his head. He's an assistant, not a CEO of a business. If Floyd wants to be a player in the boxing business he needs a qualified CEO.

Ellerbee is not a CEO.. he is a glorified personal assistant.. A real CEO is handling business not at every public appearance and helping with workouts at the gym, or in the corner rubbing down chests...

CEOs especially in sports are rather unknown..teams in the nba, nfl, etc all have CEOs but you would be hard pressed to name them, let alone seeing them hold some guys ankles during a sit-up session...

Ouch! I found it interesting though how he stated Schaefer ran things which confirms the true purpose behind the move.

Off topic, I find it intriguing how human beings are regarding relationships. Doesn't matter how strong a relationship might be at one point, it can completely change. It's a bit sad... You see this happen so much not just in business relationships but social relationships as well. Life is truly all about changes.

Seat arrangements, fight credentials these are some simple tasks for a CEO the chief executive officer thats below his level of responsibility. I guess it's not the same tu run a fake promotional company than a real one. It was their first rodeo they should cut him some slack for loyalty. The CEO is suposed to be the lead executive not a personal assistant.
