I kind of hate to see it come to this, but Ellerbe should've known better than to make key decisions without running it through Floyd first. And while he was a decent CEO for the current day Mayweather Promotions, I can see him being out of his depth with where the company is headed. I'm sure the plan has been for Schaefer to take over for a while now, so I wonder how Ellerbe thought he would fit into those plans.
