Word came last week that Floyd Mayweather Jr. could be making significant changes to his team. The pound-for-pound king told Ben Thompson of FightHype.com that he and his longtime assistant and CEO of Mayweather Promotions, Leonard Ellerbe, were outgrowing each other.

Among the issues Mayweather told Thompson about: the fact that Mayweather’s four titles in two divisions were on the line in the rematch with Marcos Maidana; his daughter not being seated with the girl’s mother at the fight; and Floyd Mayweather Sr. not having a credential to work another boxer’s corner earlier on the card.

LOL @ Ellerbe being titled CEO... and all Leonard does is give Floyd massages, get Floyd's daughter's tickets for the fight, and file papers to Floyd Sr.'s license? LOL That's what a CEO does?

Ellerbe is pretty much to Floyd what Koncz is to Manny except that Koncz isn't as incompetent... at least Koncz knows how to properly clean Manny's swimming pool...
