Well, at least I now understand why Quillin would be so willing to drop his belt. Boxers don't get paid 500k to NOT fight, so I guess it's a logical decision.

Roc Nation should continue bidding on match-ups and see if Haymon keeps pulling the same stunt. How many times is Haymon willing to do this?

why should one pay for over priced PPVs where the main event isn't even competitive let alone the undercard? That does nothing to further the sport.

If the rumours are true and May/Maidana did over 900k buys then that's a huge number for a fight between the supposed p4p no.1 and a c level slugger. A fight that should have been a glorified sparring contest. Now if people didn't pay for this crap and the buys weren't huge numbers promoters would be forced to put on bigger and better shows.

you would have a point if that's the only fights these posters streamed. they stream all fights-as you and deevel916 are aware-so stop pretending its a response to bad fights and call it what it is. Real fans pay usually pay for a ticket or a ppv. if they are lucky-they get a comped ticket. They don't steal.

you don't control what people like. I agree with your description of the fight, that doesn't mean everyone saw it that way. Face it-some people (mostly the mainstream middle class casual fan that buys fights) seems to want to see Floyd fight whomever, same as it used to be for pac. The drop in numbers for both suggests the tide is turning.

Real fans don't steal fights illegally.

I didnt hear the clip.. However, we as fans have the right to be pissed about it..

I was a Quillin supporter.. I love my NY fighters, but he fell off that list.. I stuck with Ortiz until that Collazo loss..

Quillin has reached a new low.. Makes sense for him and his fam which is why, but as a fan, Im disappointed.. Oh well, **** him..

Ya lets encourage fighters to drop their belt instead of fighting their mandatory. Some of you guys on here make me embarrassed to be a boxing fan. What a joke the fan base has become.
