But the problem is not really southpaws as such. It's the southpaws he elected to face and those he opted not to. Surely you can see the difference in quality between Judah, Ortiz, and Guerrero and Pacquiao, Martinez, and Williams.
So in Marquez' last 11 fights he fought 1 southpaw. Because you fight 1 guy multiple times doesn't mean you're fighting more than one southpaw. Just like Mayweather hasn't beaten 47 different fighters, he beat 45.

The fight was rumored to happen in May 2012. Mayweathers 2 fights before had guarantees of 22.5 million vs Mosely and $25 million vs Ortiz. So like it or not, guaranteeing himself close to $100-125 million to Mannys $40 was ******.

What was Manny's highest guarantee prior to may 2012?

If you want to know why Floyd doesn't want to fight Manny, there's one answer...Arum. Floyd had to work for that man, and that man made a ton of money off him. He finally had to pay to get out of his contract to get Oscar, and after that his success skyrocketed. He tried to get the fight done twice. Forget the OST, which Manny should've taken, and just think about the last go round. The cuts, the stadiums, etc. Arum killed that fight. Floyd tried to get Manny to cut out his middle man (Arum), and Manny threw up his middle finger. Now Manny will never make that kind of money without Floyd. Floyd has already been in boxing history's 2 biggest events. He sells! It's now a matter of pride. Who's the master and whose the slave now? The fight is not between Floyd and Manny, it's between Floyd and Arum. The former master vs. the freed slave. It's not gonna happen, unless the former master becomes the slave, and it's gonna be painful. That's why the demands after demands, after demands.

Its F'n ego right? Its sad but I think its quite true. I got a feeling that Floyd likes Manny. I mean he secretly admiring him as a boxer & as person but hates Arum so much. I just hope their last fight is between each other.

It doesn't bother you that Ruslan had never fought @ 147, or that Marquez has never done anything @ 147. I guess that's where we differ. And now you also believe Algeri deserves a shot against Pacquiao. Algeri resume is worst than Broner's. Not only do you feel Algeri is worthy, you call Canelo overrated too! I guess we'll agree to disagree.
No I don't agree that bradley legitimately beat pac in the first fight. Where did you get this idea from?????And Marquez didn't do anything at 147? Uhh how about KO'ing pacquiao (a bigger win than anything your hero Floyd has ever done at 147)? Hahahahaha I'll say it again, you are very lost.

Beating top p4p'er slick Bradley trumps Floyd's wins against mediocre quitter Ortiz (who lost soon after to josesito), mediocre slow plodding no defense Guerrero, very green overrated only had one decent win canelo, slow moving no defense brawler maidana. Quality over quantity. Deal with it.

Casamayor, Pacquiao, and Ramos - this is 3 southpaw opponents in the last 11 fights.
