Anyway there are two people who don't want the fight, Mayweather and Arum.
If Arum doesn't want the fight then that means Pac doesn't want the fight. Because Pac constantly says "it's up to my promoter" then he clearly agrees with whatever Arum says.

Why is it that Canelo can give his promoter orders about who he wants to fight and when he wants to fight and his promoter tries to get it done. Meaning that his promoter works for him. But Pac the only thing Pac does is exactly what his promoter says. So he works for his promoter.

When did Pac ever chase Floyd for a fight? Talking about it in the media then walking away from negotiations and then hanging up on Floyd don't exactly make it sound like he was chasing Floyd.

When has Pac ever reached out to Floyd?

Most careers have very few southpaws. How many southpaws has Pac, Cotto, Garcia, BHop, or Marquez faced?

Mayweather recently said that if the fight were to happen it Mayweather Promotions would have to be the lead promoter. He didn't say Pac had to leave top rank.
When Mayweather fights, he doesn't leave his promotional company for GBP, but GBP is the lead promotional company.

Just think about calling a fighter directly and offering him less than $60 million of what he had been told he could get for the fight without PPV revenue...

CBS/Showtime made money on one Floyd fight lol... I guess one out of four isn't bad... Amir Khan on a U.S. PPV will do nothing for the numbers either will Keith Thurman... I mean The Ghost wouldn't even fight Thurman because he didn't feel he was a big enough name lol...

I wouldn't be shocked if Floyd retires because he doesn't want to fight Pacquiao without having every advantage in the fight (choosing gloves, referee, etc.)... and there are no other opponents who can get Floyd over 1 Million PPV buys...
If you think that Pac would have made 100 mil for this fight then you can't be taken serious.
How can you defend Pac turning down 40 mil? That's more than he has ever made for a fight. And if he wanted more then why not try to negotiate? He just hung up and never tried to make the fight. No matter how hard you try, you just cant defend that.

Floyd v. Maidana II = Less than 850K PPVs

                      Floyd v. Pacquiao = 2Million + PPVs

Still make sense for Floyd to duck Pacquiao?
What has Floyd ducked? Pac is not a mandatory nor has Pac made an offer. Hell Pac won't even pick up the phone and call Mayweather to try to make the fight like Floyd did.
