It would definitely be on showtime for sure. As would Canelo vs Cotto.

The only way Alvarez will be fighting on that weekend is if he is fighting some stiff on regular HBO an hour before the Mayweather fight starts.
Tell me exactly why your fake PPV hero has to fight on a Mexican holiday?

I wouldn't mind paying top dollar to see both these guys on the same night versus formidable opposition. Who’s with me?

Not delusional at all. I can see Alvarez/Kirkland on Mayweather's undercard because it damn sure won't be on a stand alone PPV. The only PPV fight out there for Alvarez is against Cotto and I don't think Cott would take that fight knowing that Mayweather is planning to fight that weekend because, like all fighters, he wants to maximize his economic potential.

Mayweather/Khan in a UK stadium would be a huge event that can compete with Cotto/Canelo in May.

Floyd didn't seem too confident on fighting in May in the post-fight interview.

Age is really going to catch up to Mayweather, if he doesn't fight in May he should try and fight sooner.
