Yeah, well, used to be. More of a backseat guy now. Getting on abit
How did Ariza make his name in the industry?

I really have no idea, if I'm honest.

First time I saw him was when he was in Corrales corner.

I'm guessing his reputation got him into Pacquaio's camp and he made his name for his work with him.

        But honestly I don't know.

I have actually never got that from Ariza, to me he just came off as a guy who enjoyed the Compliments of being a possible ped guy, for these strength and conditioning guys that is considered the highest form of flattery suggesting that his guys are on peds, when they are actually natural and just using simple over the counter supplements and using Teri Tom who is the mastermind behind his diet, nutrition, and workout regimen. The strength guys who get offended like Conte or Memo and threaten to sue are usually guys who have ped backgrounds.

He never came off as a Ped guy at all, never even seen him with any knowledge of it, while guys like Victor Conte and Memo constantly answer questions about Peds and know the chemical compound and timing and specifics on Twitter.

The only people who suggested he was a ped guy were the Flowmos and Floyd basically they wanted to defame and discredit Pacs wins so they accused him of Peds.

They have little knowledge about how Ariza works, they give him far too much credit when the brainchild for his entire regimen is Teri Tom of the UCLA sports medicine. Ariza is actually a stretching specialist or whatever they call that, he just follows the diet, training and so forth that Teri Tom gives him for each athlete. She does the blood work and body fat measuring and analyst for each fighter and gives Ariza the instructions. Her training methods she does revolves around Jeet Kune Do and Bruce Lee philosophy for explosive strength training.

If Mayweather really starts using Ariza and Tom, I will bet big money on Floyd to KO whoever he is fighting next. even against Pacquiao or Khan. Floyd will be so shredded, he won't be eating doritos, taco bell, sodas if he follows Ariza/tom diet plan. His body will react by getting more lean muscularity, speed, and power its his genetics that will allow it he has the muscle fiber type that will respond very well to be shocked by different training method, they call it newb gains in bodybuilding.

Floyd has fast twitch muscle fiber similar to Pacquiao, they are naturally explosive, the thing with Floyd is he looks good now for his age, and stays in shape but he has hit a plateau, last night for the first time he looked weird going into the fight like his body was just tired.

He might be overtraining and at this stage his body is so used to his basic training routine it got bored and is no longer benefiting for his dumbbell shadow boxing, sit up and pull up routine he has gotten complacent.

With Ariza and Tom he will utilize explosive training, hard sprints, resting to recuperate at his age, Floyd will have a more ripped and muscular body, he will also be much more explosive and powerful i believe.

His body will be shocked to grow faster and stronger with the type of muscle confusing workout he will be doing and the supplementation of whey protein for recover and eating the proper portions of food at least 5 to 6 times a day.

I really hope Floyd takes up Ariza on his trial offer, I think Ariza said he will train floyd for a few weeks and if Floyd doesn't like what he sees he doesn't have to pay him at all.

Roach personally disliked Ariza. So he eventually forced Pacquaio to get rid of him. He tried to get rid of him for Pacquaio vs. Marquez 4, but Pacquaio really supported Ariza. After the KO loss though, Pacquaio finally gave in to Roach's command to release Ariza.

Khan got rid of Ariza because of how Ariza left him during training camp for his then upcoming rematch against Peterson. Khan felt it was unprofessional and just wrong. Ariza left both Pacquaio and Khan in the Philippines to help train Chavez Jr for his fight. Pacquaio was cool with it, but Khan wasn't. And Khan ended up getting a replacement.

Maidana... that right there is an enigma because Maidana went on record saying that he liked Ariza and felt he did a great job. Maidana wasn't in approval of firing him. But if that's what Garcia wanted, he was going to roll with it. It's just that no one really knows what went on between Ariza and Garcia.

                    Interesting background information.

Ariza didn't help himself though when Brandon Rios got caught with a positive. I wonder if that played a role into Garcia releasing him?

I think I heard Robert complain how he didn train them every day. Guess he felt he wasn't doing all that he could. But the body needs to rest
