I don't get why Floyd stays at one. He's not the best fighter anymore and if everyone was the same size he wouldn't be the best.

Wladimir is way more dominant than Floyd.

Wlad is P4P #1. If he was American it wouldn't even be a question. Haters gonna hate but it's the truth.

Pacquaio Just beat Timothy Bradley Jr. Which is Win for Win better than any of Floyd's win.

      1. Wlad
      2. Pac
      3. May

Mayweather was that high with less at 130. Don't forget Niida. High quality win. If he was a staple on English language media, wider acclaim.

Rigondeaux you should be ranked higher than that.

There are more non-US fighters than otherwise on the list. My thinking always starts with best fighters in beat divisions. Better comp counts more. Nothing against Wlad. Great Heavyweight. I don't think his skill set translates well into other classes.

Perfectly valid. I think Roman, Ward, and Rigo all have solid cases for 2.

Rigo should be lower. He needs to fight more top fighters to be in the top 5. He may have a win over Donaire, but it's his only notable win.

The fighters who are/should be ranked higher than him have multiple wins over top opponents.

Pacquiao & Mayweather have cases for #1. Mayweather because he is still undefeated (but his last 2 fights have been very weak). Pacquiao because he beat the man who beat the man convincingly.
                    Wlad/Rigo/Roman have cases for #2

What do you mean Pacquaio beat the man who beat the man?
