i'd probably bump floyd back to #1. i had brought him down after the first maidana fight.

the three best fighters in boxing are also the three with the best boxing skills.

    floyd
    ridondeaux
    ward

i'll drop ward when he goes a year without a fight. it's a shame that his career has been so badly stalled with his promotional issues.

I think Gonzalez is just as skilled. Different skill set. There is my a better combination puncher or pressure fighter in the game.

Klit deserves a top 5 ranking, come on now
Gonzalez doesn't get hit a lot. Especially not for the weight classes he has fought at, where everyone gets hit a lot. Gonzalez's defense is pretty freaking good.

I can't imagine how he's just barely top 10, but Wlad or Froch belong for sure. Gonzalez is clearly better than both.

That's excellent reasoning and I agree completely.

That's what P4P means to me when you boil it down: the best fighters, in the best divisions, with the best skill set. Which still leaves a lot of room for debate and discussion.

His defense is better than it looks at first glance, he does subtle moves that take the sting off of punches when he gets hit. Anyway I don't think you should look at just one aspect (defense), you should evaluate the whole package.

He also picks off shots well. There was some nice elbow defense when Yaegashi went low.

HELL NO!! the flyweight division is pretty much rock em sock em robots, they trying to hype up the Estrada and Gonzalez fight? Both of them do not have a much more dominant skill artillery than Klitschko, Rigondeaux, Ward, Hopkins, or Mayweather. These list are getting disrespectful by putting these guys above them.
