Broner's head movement is none existant, he thinks he can dodge bullets. He stays upright and stationary in range of ihs opponent and, when he doesn't see their shots coming, he gets nailed. He has more in common with Berto than is good for his health. He doesn't slip shots or roll under punches. He just blocks them or bends at the waist or attempts to shoulder roll punches, which will be target practise for Mattysse unless Broner has some kind of amazing speed advantage that Mattysse can't deal with.

Broner is the new Andre Berto...he'll win against cab drivers and then be a gatekeeper for the elites in the division...

I respectfully disagree. Matthysse is a winnable fight for a Broner. He doesn't need much of an upper body defense in order to be successful against him. All he has to do is to follow the similar blue prints as were in the cases of all Lucas' losses and that is by off setting his rhythm and disrupting his timing through different angles, spacing and distance in order to get his punches off first and beating him to the punch. None of the opponents who've defeated Lucas did it with upper body movement. They defeated him with the strategy that I had stated above. However, I do agree. If Adrien does regress to the old Adrien by fighting Lucas at close quarters without moving his feet or head then he'll probably lose.Comment

If Mattysse lands just of few of those shots Taylor did last night it will be an early night for Broner. He still hasn't adjusted from the Maidana fight and is still open for those over hand rights all nights. Taylor watched a lot of tape and had a good gameplan just no power to take advantage. Props to Broner if he takes the Lucas fight coming off that performance. I have no doubt Al Haymon would prefer another showcase fight against easier competition.Comment

That wirlout b1tch is the most annoying poster on this site. He likes to get on here and pretend he's Bert Sugar or somebody. He's dumb as f.uck. His lone claim to being some kinda boxing aficionado is that he picked Maidana to beat Broner. And by "picked", I mean he said Maidana would win hoping like hell it happened. And because of it, he feels the need to come on here yap'n about how smart he is. Funny thing is, I pulled his card and challenged him to pick fights against me head-to-head for a year, loser leaves the forum forever. He comes with some lame excuse about he's so knowledgeable, its not worth his time. Then he hoes away for awhile, and slightly modifies his screen name in hopes I'd forget about his punk ass. No sir. He comes on here talking ****. I'm sure you noticed that once I challenged Jim again in this thread, there's no response. And there's not gonna be.
