The gloves were changed after they were examined, which was the night of the fight. there was no way it could've happened before then.

for this fight, which the video is about, the glove issue has been decided well in advance. As such, it isn't an issue.

thats funny because on the interview with robert just a few adays ago he said they still dont know what gloves maidana will be wearing. so someone is lying here.

I wish it were as simple as that, but it won't be. Some people are going to still think that Floyd only won because Maidana had to wear different gloves than the ones he trained in. They'll never talk about the pair of gloves the commission didn't approve of. Anyway to put on a blemish on his record is what they're looking for, and they won't stop EVER.

Cotto was coming off a 3 fight win streak (Foreman, Mayorga & Margarito) into the Floyd fight. Despite that 3 win streak + sold out crowd at Madison square garden where he beat the pulp out of his biggest rival you think Floyd said that stuff to make Cotto seem more of a threat? SMH.

People should not stop talking about such stuff as long shyt like this is allowed to fly. The media seems to be doing the job of asking Mayweather about why does he have to pull stunts like these...too bad there's no spotlight on the commissioning bodies.
