Lara was hurt badly, twice, by a D class fighter. He got scared ****less against a B level fighter in Canelo. Put him in there against a A class fighter and he'll be diving out of the ring like Quintana.

You are tripping if you think a professional boxer is scared, he got caught twice by a murderous puncher it doesn't matter the level, they were fighting in a phone booth with a foam for a mat and still make him quit, like I say before i don't know what will happen if Lara-cotto ever happens, but I don't see cotto taking that fight...

I know you worship Cotto but dude got outclassed by Trout. Styles makes fights. I'm sure down the line Cotto will probably look better against a common opponent of Canelo.

Cotto was not outclassed lol... Outclassed is what happened with Mayweather/Canelo. It was a bad night in boxing, it happens. During that fight I though he just got old basically overnight. That obviously wasn't the case he's was a past prime fighter being trained far too much. It happens in boxing, but he was anything but outclassed.

He was. Take the fanboy love that you have for him out of the picture. Dude got outclassed. Mayweather outclassed Canelo on the second half of the fight, he started to run too much and he got hit by some body shots that people seem to still forget to see.

Cotto just couldn't do anything against Trout. Could a different trainer would of made a difference? Maybe a bad night/gameplan? Who knows!

Lara was in fear of Canelo's power, doesn't mean he is scared to fight but that guy does not want to be hit. Guys like Canelo, Margarito they don't want to get hit either but they aren't going to run because it hurt without headgear on.

I think Cotto could beat Trout in a rematch. I feel Cotto is rejuvenated enough under Roaches training. I saw some pretty obvious improvements after Trouts lackluster win over Rodrigous. I think Cotto could have beat the Trout that fought Delvin.

Trout went 12 rounds with him and Cotto put him away in a few rounds. I would bet on Cotto>Trout as of now. I wish he would rematch him and avenge that loss, but Cotto don't care, he wants big money fights.

Besides, I'd rather see Cotto-Canelo anway. Trout don't bring enough to the table $$...lol.

I'd say Cotto would make Lara run twice as fast once he tasted Cotto's left hook. I don't think Lara would even have time to throw punches.

I'd say Trout 2 is the harder fight for Cotto. Trout is too huge now and he's got an awkward style. He doesn't use his height, bends his body low, ducks sideways, man, what an annoying style. Trout will frustrate Cotto again in a rematch. He should avoid him at all costs. It's not worth it.
