So Rubio is back to being a killer?

I'm not saying Quillin is a star or anything. I'm just saying if you manage GGG and see a guy you feel is inferior in terms of skill and drawing power than its hard to watch him make as much or more.
The difference between GGG and Quillin is, Quillin is in much better position to land a name fighter. If I was a big name fighter wanting to make a splash in the middleweight division by grabbing a belt, I would go for Cotto, then Quillin. GGG will continue to be avoided.

Fair point, but they also likely provide a bigger payday, especially cotto. Stevens, gaele, adama, prozka-they came at a relatively cheap price.

This is why I think GGG should fight froch in England for short money. it would open up so many more doors while not hurting his standing at 160.

And for those that aren't diehard fans of his, that doesn't pass the smell test.
GGG & his "legacy" or hes a "killer" is real suspect right about now... Funny where all the GGG fans killing Cotto for possibly wanting to fight Rubio?

You had fans on both sides. Some thought it was a mismatch and some thought Cotto would duck Rubio because he was dangerous.

I think he is slowly gaining momentum as the go to guy. More and more his name is being brought up. It will take time as he is not with a large promotional house so it is baby steps. If he keeps making noise, the paychecks will follow.

dude is also like 32. he doesn't have that much time left. Besides, I don't see HBO moving from its low budget, **** for the buck, model its employing now. They are running out of money now, according to fat dan, just because they got the bhop/kov fight and have to meet bhop's purse request.
